A huge variety of food for breakfast, it was brilliant.

I greatly enjoyed that the hotel was a nice size and quirky. The room was tidy and exceptional, featured coffee, a kettle and a couch bed. Bedroom was spacious and staff were good. Location: the property was near Close to all major activities. Café Pepper's Cafe located 3 mi away was a nice surprise.

I had neat room to myself with big couch, comfortable beds and spa bath. All of the staff members were accommodating and pleasant.

It was spacious, comfortable, close to central Rotorua and all amenities. The value for money was excellent and yet above average accomodation and service. We will recommend ans we will be back.

We recently had a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and provided a private and clean environment. We appreciated the central location, which made it convenient for us to explore the city. the room had a well-equipped kitchenette, allowing us to prepare meals and save on dining expenses.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The facilities were outdated and in need of maintenance.

The room was great, caterered for our needs. Parking available can view car from rooms.

The hours the office open and closed, need to stay open til say 11pm. No after hours room service. The book that tells you about the hotel was under the tv with the phone books etc, this should be placed near the phone in the room.

Complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi were nice. The hotel’s close proximity to restaurants and shopping was very convenient. The room had a nice view of the city.

The room was dirty and outdated and had a strange odor. The staff was not helpful and seemed indifferent to our complaints.

It was clean, very roomy and it just felt comfortable as you walked in. The rate of the room was quite reasonable but just slightly on the expensive side for us. The room could be a little bit lighter. But it was really good that there were two heaters in the room. All in all we really liked the lodge and whould be happy to go back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fantastic spa bath which was perfect for unwinding after a day of fun activities. We also enjoyed the private deck at the back of the room, where we could relax and enjoy some quiet time. The location of this place was great, right across the street from a beautiful rose garden. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service.

When we arrived we found that the unit was very cold. Had to turn on two heaters to warm it up.In the bathroom there was nowhere to put a toilet bag.
